Cecilia Strand

PhD, senior lecturer,Department of Media and Communication Science, Uppsala University, Sweden. Prior to Uppsala University, she worked as program officer in Lesotho and Namibia with HIV/AIDS programs 2003-2009, followed by programmatic support to e-health projects in Uganda 2009-2010.
