Edgar Napoleon Asiimwe

Edgar is an information technologist doing a PhD in informatics at Örebro University School of Business. His is a member of ICT4D research group at Örebro University.

His PhD research which has applied action research concerns implementation and use of mobile learning content management systems. His research interests are in ICT4D, e-governance, mobile learning and HCI.  He is both an ICT4D researcher and practitioner.

Edgar has been involved in many ICT projects in Uganda and he is currently the coordinator of IPID (The International Network for Post Graduate Students in the Area of ICT4D).
